格隆汇2月18日丨搜于特(002503.SZ)公布，受新冠疫情影响，公司经营状况面临极大困难，盈利能力出现恶化的同时，持续发生大额减值损失，利润亏损面逐步扩大；公司及子公司不断出现债务逾期和资产被冻结的情况，公司信用受损且短期内难以修复，流动性面临枯竭，对偿债能力造成不利影响。综合评估，联合资信确定将公司主体长期信用等级由A下调为BB，将“搜特转债”的信用等级由A下调为BB，评级展望为负面。
