火炬电子(603678.SH)：“火炬转债”可能满足赎回条件

智通财经APP讯，火炬电子(603678.SH)发布公告，自2022年2月7日至2月18日，公司股票已连续十个交易日收盘价格不低于“火炬转债”当期转股价的130%。若在未来二十个交易日内，公司股票有五个交易日的收盘价不低于当期转股价格的130%(含130%)，即32.487元/股，将触发“火炬转债”的有条件赎回条款。届时根据《募集说明书》中有条件赎回条款的相关约定，公司有权决定按照债券面值加当期应计利息的价格赎回全部或部分未转股的“火炬转债”。
