广东省广州市税务部门依法对网络主播平荣偷逃税案件进行处理

格隆汇2月22日丨广东省广州市税务部门近期通过税收大数据分析，发现网络主播平荣（网名：驴嫂平荣）涉嫌偷逃税款，对其依法开展了全面深入的税务检查。经查，平荣在2019年至2020年期间，通过隐匿直播带货佣金收入偷逃个人所得税1926.05万元，未依法申报其他生产经营收入少缴有关税款1450.72万元。在税务检查过程中，平荣能够积极配合检查并主动补缴税款。综合考虑上述情况，广州市税务局稽查局对平荣追缴税款、加收滞纳金并处0.6倍罚款，共计6200.3万元。日前，广州市税务局稽查局已依法向平荣送达税务行政处理处罚决定书。
