北京房贷松动带动二手房回暖 改善型购房者“出手”意愿增强

格隆汇2月25日丨据证券日报，春节后，北京地区多家银行二手房贷款放款环节延续了节前的较快速度，利率方面，北京地区银行房贷利率整体稳定，没有明显变化。近日调查发现，自从房贷放款速度加快后，北京二手房市场交易格局有所变化，带看量上涨，成交周期明显缩短。多位房产经纪人表示，今年楼市环境向好，未来新增挂牌房源将有所增加，估计看房的客户会增多，二手房市场保持升温趋势。
