格隆汇2月28日丨圣元环保(300867.SZ)公布，截止公告披露日，本次员工持股计划的银行账户已开立完毕，公司第一期员工持股计划委托的丹金新能源1号私募证券投资基金已经成立并在中国证券投资基金业协会完成备案，正在办理认购资金划转事项，尚未购买公司股票。
