川金诺(300505.SZ)：控股子公司取得5万吨/年电池级磷酸铁锂正极材料前驱体材料磷酸铁及配套60万吨/年硫磺制酸项目环评批复

格隆汇3月1日丨川金诺(300505.SZ)公布，公司控股子公司广西川金诺化工有限公司(“广西川金诺”)于2022年2月28日收到防城港市大数据和行政审批局下发的《关于广西川金诺化工有限公司5万吨/年电池级磷酸铁锂正极材料前驱体材料磷酸铁及配套60万吨/年硫磺制酸项目环评批复》(防审批市政交通环保[2022]20号，“环评批复”)。

该环评批复同意广西川金诺在防城港市港口区现有厂区内建设5万吨/年电池级磷酸铁锂正极材料前驱体材料磷酸铁及配套60万吨/年硫磺制酸项目，并且落实批复中提出的各项环保措施和要求，落实生态环境保护的主体责任，确保各类污染物稳定达标排放。

截止公告披露日，“磷酸铁及其配套项目”中的10万吨/年电池级磷酸铁锂正极材料前驱体材料磷酸铁项目、“磷酸铁锂项目”的相关工作正在稳步推进中。
