京东收购德邦快递 “京邦达”正式形成

格隆汇3月2日丨据新言财经，近期京东已经完成对德邦快递的收购。一份流传的截图显示：德邦内部已经官宣了收购消息，德邦快递董事长兼总经理崔维星将退出，京东将委派高层接手。崔维星在2月28日的早餐会宣布了此事。
