机构报告：今年全球半导体行业资本开支有望创历史新高

格隆汇3月2日丨半导体市调机构IC Insights发布报告称，2022年，全球半导体行业资本开支有望创历史新高至1904亿美元（约合人民币12017亿元），同比增长24%。这将是继1993年-1995年之后第二次全球半导体资本开支连续三年（2020年-2022年）增速均在两位数以上。
