格隆汇3月4日丨首华燃气(300483.SZ)公布，公司于2022年3月3日收到控股股东及其一致行动人吴海林、吴君亮、吴君美、吴汝德发来的《关于控股股东及一致行动人股份减持计划中集中竞价减持数量过半的告知函》，减持计划中通过集中竞价方式减持的数量已过半，彼等已通过集中竞价合计减持224.565万股。
