发改委：稳定和扩大汽车等大宗消费 适度超前开展重大基础设施投资

格隆汇3月5日丨2022年国民经济和社会发展计划草案的报告指出，要促进消费持续恢复。继续培育消费热点，稳定和扩大汽车等大宗消费。发展服务消费，放宽服务领域市场准入。落实带薪休假制度。强化消费者权益保护，进一步改善消费环境。适度超前开展重大基础设施建设。 精准有效推进交通、水利、物流、能源、新型基础设施、民生等领域重大基础设施项目建设。加快推进5G、千兆光网、一体化大数据中心、北斗产业化重大工程、民用空间基础设施等建设，推动传统基础设施智能化改造。
