证监会原主席肖钢：实施全面注册制的重点和难点在于主板改革，应坚持“稳字当头、稳中求进”

格隆汇3月5日丨据上证报，今年的政府工作报告提出，全面实行股票发行注册制，促进资本市场平稳健康发展。就此，全国政协委员、证监会原主席肖钢表示，实施全面注册制的重点和难点在于主板改革。 沪深主板不同于科创板与创业板，涉及众多的存量上市公司和投资者，这些上市公司的规模相对要大一些，业务经营处于相对成熟的阶段，从行业分布看，不少还属于传统行业。肖钢表示，在主板实施注册制，要坚持稳字当头，稳中求进，既要体现注册制的要求，又要符合主板的特点。
