恒顺醋业：拟收购子公司恒顺新调8.7%股权

格隆汇3月7日丨恒顺醋业公告，拟收购控股子公司镇江恒顺新型调味品有限责任公司8.7%股权，收购价539.4万元。本次收购完成后，公司将持有恒顺新调76.6%股权。
