星湖科技(600866.SH)控股股东筹划重大资产重组事项 3月8日起停牌

智通财经APP讯，星湖科技(600866.SH)发布公告，公司近日收到控股股东广东省广新控股集团有限公司(简称“广新集团”)通知，拟筹划与公司有关的重大资产重组事项，该事项预计涉及公司发行股份及支付现金购买广新集团、宁夏伊品投资集团有限公司(简称“伊品集团”)等股东持有的宁夏伊品生物科技股份有限公司(简称“伊品生物”)全部或部分股权，并拟向符合条件的特定投资者发行股份募集配套资金，公司股票自2022年3月8日(星期二)开市起停牌，预计停牌时间不超过10个交易日。
