全国人大常委会工作报告：今年将修改妇女权益保障法等

格隆汇3月8日丨全国人大常委会工作报告介绍，根据年度立法工作计划，今年将修改妇女权益保障法等。报告还介绍，2021年起草并初次审议了妇女权益保障法修订草案，对妇女权益保障中的突出问题深入调研，在预防性保障、侵害处置、救济措施、责任追究等方面完善相关规定。
