三星新材(603578.SH)实控人杨阿永解质980万股

智通财经APP讯，三星新材(603578.SH)公告，因“三星转债”已摘牌，公司控股股东、实际控制人之一杨阿永将其剩余质押给德清联创科技新城建设有限公司的980万股股份(含因公司2020年度权益分派转增的股本权益)办理了解除质押手续，占其所持股份比例为27.68%，占公司总股本比例为7.05%。
