格隆汇3月8日丨首旅酒店(600258.SH)公布董事及高级管理人员减持股份计划公告，董事袁首原减持不超过2.52万股，占公司股份总数的0.00225%；副总经理兼财务总监李向荣减持不超过7万股，占公司股份总数的0.00624%；副总经理、董事会秘书段中鹏减持不超过1.93万股，占公司股份总数的0.00172%。

自本公告发布之日起15个交易日后的六个月内，以集中竞价或大宗交易等法律法规允许的方式减持，减持时间、数量及比例将按照相关法律法规的规定执行。
