亿华通(688339.SH)拟续聘大华会计师事务所为2021年度审计机构

智通财经APP讯，亿华通(688339.SH)发布公告，公司于3月8日召开第二届董事会第三十一次会议审议通过了《关于续聘会计师事务所的议案》。董事会同意续聘大华会计师事务所(特殊普通合伙)为公司2021年度审计机构，同意提交股东大会审议并授权管理层决定其2021年度审计费用，办理并签署相关服务协议等事项。
