八一钢铁(600581.SH)：八钢公司拟将阜康气煤委托焦煤集团经营管理

智通财经APP讯，八一钢铁(600581.SH)发布公告，宝钢集团新疆八一钢铁有限公司(“八钢公司”)的子公司新疆焦煤集团阜康气煤有限公司(“阜康气煤”)为了避免与公司的子公司新疆焦煤(集团)有限责任公司(“焦煤集团”)同业竞争问题，同时，可实现多方面资源共享，发挥协同效应，提高关联方的生产管理效率，八钢公司、焦煤集团、阜康气煤三方拟签订《委托管理合同》，八钢公司拟将阜康气煤委托焦煤集团经营管理，托管费581.37万元/年(含税价)。
