深圳新星(603978.SH)：松辉公司以367万元价格竞得江西省一宗工业用地

格隆汇3月14日丨深圳新星(603978.SH)公布，公司全资子公司松辉公司通过竞拍的方式以人民币367万元取得会昌县自然资源局挂牌出让的宗地编号为“DBP2022001”的国有建设土地使用权，宗地面积43,588.62平方米，并与会昌县自然资源局签订了《国有建设用地使用权出让合同》。

宗地位置：江西省氟盐化工产业基地XQ-01-01(07)；规划用途：工业用地。
