多家钢企去年业绩创新高 钢铁行业兼并重组再提速

格隆汇3月21日丨2021年，得益于市场需求旺盛，钢铁行业实现了“十四五”开门红。据上证报资讯统计，截至3月20日，沪深两市已有32家钢企披露2021年业绩情况。其中，27家钢企预计净利润实现正增长，13家钢企预计实现净利润翻番。另外，首钢股份、宝钢股份、华菱钢铁等多家钢企表示，2021年是其盈利最好的一年。2022年，钢铁行业兼并重组是否会提速升级？政策层面已释放明显信号。今年2月7日，工业和信息化部等三部门发布《关于促进钢铁工业高质量发展的指导意见》，鼓励行业龙头企业实施兼并重组，打造若干世界一流超大型钢铁企业集团；国资委方面此前也明确，2022年将深化跨行业跨领域跨企业专业化整合，推进钢铁等领域资源整合，加快铁矿石资源整合力度。
