福州放松楼市限购？福建省住建厅：以福州市房管局发布的消息为准

格隆汇3月30日丨据财联社，有消息称福州限购政策一定程度放开，即日起针对非五城区户籍家庭（含港澳台）在福州五城区购房，无需提供近两年内满12个月医社保或纳税证明或落户，即可购买一套福州五城区144平米以下的普通住宅。对此，福建省住建厅回应称，以福州市房管局发布的消息为准。
