2021年归母净利润10245.07万元，较去年同期5338.34万元增加4906.73万元，主要原因系报告期公司获得龙吴路410弄14号及16号房产征收补偿收益及公司投资收益增加。

2021年扣非净利润7520.63万元，较去年同期5453.18万元增加2067.45万元，主要原因系报告期公司本部房租收入增加及公司投资收益增加。
