创元科技(000551.SZ)：控股股东拟增持不低于500万元的股份

格隆汇3月31日丨 创元科技(000551.SZ)公布，公司于2022年03月30日收到控股股东苏州创元投资发展(集团)有限公司(“创元集团”)的通知，创元集团拟自2022年03月30日起的6个月内，通过深圳证券交易所允许的方式增持本公司股份，增持金额不低于人民币500万元(含首次增持股份金额444.10万元)。
