宗申动力(001696.SZ)：拟获宗申产业集团方面提供不超10亿元无息借款

格隆汇3月31日丨宗申动力(001696.SZ)公布，为了支持公司发展，保证公司经营业务发展的资金需求，经公司第十届董事会第二十三次会议审议通过，公司关联方—宗申产业集团有限公司(“宗申产业集团”)及其控股子公司拟为公司提供总额不超过10亿元(含)的无息借款，单笔借款金额和借款期限将根据公司资金需求和宗申产业集团及其控股子公司资金储备情况另行协商确定，借款有效期十二个月。
