湖南投资(000548.SZ)：拟投资开发“广麓和府”房地产项目

格隆汇4月1日丨湖南投资(000548.SZ)公布，为有效盘活现有土地资产，推动湖南投资集团股份有限公司房地产业务稳定可持续发展，湖南投资拟在公司拥有的位于长沙临空集聚区机场大道以北地块上投资开发“广麓和府”房地产项目，投资总金额为3.956亿元(含补交地价款5200万元)。
