港股早评：回港概念股走高 恒生科指高开1.81%

格隆汇4月4日丨A股清明假期休市，港股今日正常开市，恒指涨0.85%，国指涨1.08%，恒生科技指数涨1.81%。盘面上，证监会拟调整境外IPO规则，回购中概股集体上涨，百度涨4.4%，网易涨3.48%，京东涨2.6%，美团、腾讯涨近3%；药品股涨幅居前，石药集团、康希诺生物领涨；SaaS股、光伏股、餐饮股、猪肉概念股、内房股与物管股多数走高；另一方面，教育股下跌明显，燃气股、电力股、手机概念股走低，宇华教育跌4.6%。
