格隆汇4月6日丨贝肯能源(002828.SZ)公布，公司财务总监蒋莉、董事李青山、监事张志强计划在本公告披露之日起15个交易日后的6个月内以大宗交易、集中竞价交易的方式减持公司股份合计不超过173.54万股，合计减持比例不超过0.86%。
