大成食品(03999.HK)就食品加工厂订立建设协议 涉资1.788亿元

格隆汇4月6日丨大成食品(03999.HK)发布公告，招标程序后，2022年4月6日，公司间接全资附属公司蚌埠大成与承建商(中标方，中国电子系统工程第四建设有限公司)订立建设协议，据此，承建商将以代价人民币1.788亿元向蚌埠大成提供食品加工厂的工厂厂房及冷库的建设服务。
