中南建设：3月房地产业务实现合同销售额61亿元

格隆汇4月6日丨中南建设公告，房地产业务，2022年3月实现合同销售金额61亿元，销售面积46.1万平方米。1-3月累计合同销售金额163.2亿元，销售面积129.6万平方米。建筑业务方面，2022年3月新承接(中标)项目16个，预计合同总金额7.6亿元。1-3月新承接(中标)项目预计合同总金额9.6亿元。
