兰州亮出楼市松绑组合拳 年内全国超65城现松绑政策

格隆汇4月7日丨日前，兰州市政府出台《兰州市落实强省会战略进一步优化营商环境若干措施（第1号）》。具体来看，《措施》在降低个人购买住房门槛、取消“认房又认贷”，执行“认贷不认房”、升级公积金和限购政策、支持企业良性循环等方面均作出新的安排。事实上，进入2022年以来，多地房地产政策暖风频吹。据诸葛找房数据研究中心不完全统计，截至4月5日，全国已有超65个城市出台楼市松绑政策。多位分析人士认为，多地相关政策持续松绑，有利于促进购房需求释放。
