3月销售数据疲弱 内房股集体下跌 新城发展跌超5%

格隆汇4月7日丨港股内房股集体下跌，其中，绿景中国、新城发展、龙光集团和融信中国跌超5%，中国金茂、时代中国跌超4%，远洋集团、恒隆地产、绿城中国、深圳控股跌超3%，SOHO中国跌超2%。据中国指数研究院统计，今年首季度百强房企的销售额均值为162.6亿元，按年下跌47%，首季度销售额超千亿房企仅剩2家。克而瑞数据显示，3月商品住宅成交面积按年跌幅扩大至47%，单月业绩按年下跌52.7%，较2月跌幅再扩大5.5个百分点。
