智通财经APP讯，天奥电子(002935.SZ)披露2021年年度报告，报告期公司实现营收10.43亿元，同比增长13.81%;归母净利润1.18亿元，同比增长16.71%;扣非净利润1.11亿元，同比增长29.39%;基本每股收益0.5692元。公司拟向全体股东每10股派发现金红利1.5元(含税)，每10股转增3股。

报告期内，公司持续加强市场牵引力，不断提升科研生产效率，市场规模稳步攀升，全面完成年度目标，收入规模、收款金额(货币资金、票据)首次突破10亿元。

报告期内，公司核心产品订单表现良好，频率系列产品实现收入61,281.12万元，较上年度增长22.93%;受疫情反复影响，部分时间同步系列产品联调联试、交付验收等工作延迟，报告期内共实现收入40,678.65万元，与上年基本持平。
