格隆汇4月8日丨美团-W(3690.HK)低开3.26%报154.1港元，最新市值9526亿港元。联交所文件显示，美团非执行董事、红杉资本创始管理合伙人沈南鹏于3月31日和4月6日共出售3854.24万股美团股份，套现逾60亿港元，沈南鹏于美团的持股量由4.68%降至3.98%。
