格隆汇4月8日丨据腾讯在4月7日发布的《2021年度报告》，截至2021年12月31日，腾讯员工总数达68226人。按性别划分，男性员工48406人，占比70.95%；女性员工19820人，占比29.05%。按年龄组别划分，30岁以下员工28608人，占比41.93%；30至50岁员工39420人，占比57.78%；50岁以上员工198人，占比0.29%。
