国务院要求全力保障货运物流通畅：严禁擅自阻断关闭高速路

格隆汇4月12日丨据人民日报，国务院近日发布通知，要求全力畅通交通运输通道，严禁擅自阻断或关闭高速公路、普通公路、航道船闸。不得擅自关停高速公路服务区、港口码头、铁路车站和航空机场，或擅自停止国际航行船舶船员换班。因出现确诊或密接人员等情况确需关停或停止的，应报经省级联防联控机制(领导小组、指挥部)批准后方可实施；关停航空机场涉及跨省航班或国际航班运行的，应按规定报国务院有关部门或国务院审批。要提前向社会公布关停信息，关停后要积极采取措施尽快恢复。高速公路服务区关停期间，要继续保留加油等基本公共服务功能。
