银邦股份(300337.SZ)与VALEO签署商业合同 将向其供应铝合金复合及非复合材料

智通财经APP讯，银邦股份(300337.SZ)发布公告，公司于2022年4月13日与VALEO Thermal Systems(简称“VALEO”或“法雷奥集团”)签署《商业合同》，公司将根据法雷奥集团的实际经营计划，向法雷奥集团及其下属子公司或其指定的配套公司供应铝合金复合及非复合材料。合同金额(不含税)预计金额约20亿元人民币。
