沧海控股(02017)延迟刊发经审核2021年度业绩

智通财经APP讯，沧海控股(02017)公布，由于新冠肺炎疫情在中国内地及中国香港地区严峻，2021年度业绩的审核程序于公告日期仍未全部完成，该公司核数师需要更多时间完成其等的工作。预计经审核2021年度业绩的发布日期将为2022年5月4日，而预计寄发截至2021年12月31日止年度的年度报告给该公司股东的日期将为2022年5月13日或之前。

该公司一直尽最大努力协助核数师完成其审核工作。据核数师告知，截至本公告日期，并无发现需提请股东及联交所垂注的主要审核事项。
