新纶新材：控股股东侯毅收到刑事判决书

格隆汇4月14日丨新纶新材公告，控股股东侯毅收到刑事判决书，因犯违规披露重要信息罪，判处有期徒刑一年六个月，缓刑三年，并处罚金人民币一百万元；侯毅及相关当事人均已经辞去公司高级管理人员职务。公告同日，新纶新材董事长兼总裁廖垚及其控制的企业上元资本拟增持不低于 2000万元；董事兼常务副总裁李靖彬拟增持不低于15万元。
