长鸿高科(605008.SH)拟以债转股方式向子公司长鸿生物增资4.5亿元

智通财经APP讯，长鸿高科(605008.SH)公告，公司拟以债转股的方式对唯一全资子公司浙江长鸿生物材料有限公司(“长鸿生物”)增资4.5亿元人民币。此次增资完成后，长鸿生物的注册资本由3亿元人民币增加至7.5亿元人民币。此次增资主要目的是为其对外投资、产业布局、扩建产能等提供进一步支持。
