智通财经APP讯，顺发恒业(000631.SZ)发布关于回购公司股份的方案，本次回购股份用于员工持股计划或股权激励，回购数量：不低于2800万股且不高于5531.18万股，约占公司已发行总股本的1.15%-2.27%，拟用于回购的总金额将不超过2.88亿元(含)，回购价格不超过人民币5.20元/股。
