河南漯河郾城：加强社会面管控 实行更严格的村域出入闭环管控

格隆汇4月17日丨河南漯河市郾城区疫情防控指挥部发布《关于进一步加强社会面管控的通知》，强化农村社会面严格管控。实行更严格的村域出入闭环管控，一个村只留一个路口，非本村人员不得出入，实行24小时值班、通行认证管理等措施。农村区域原则上非生活必需场所一律暂时停业，公共场所一律关闭。村内村外禁止人员集聚，停办一切活动，除核酸检测外原则上“足不出户”，最大限度减少人员流动。涉红白喜事、农业生产、病患就医等特殊情况，由村委向镇党委报备监管，经批准后实施。强化城区社会面严格管控。严格网格管理，各网格设立24小时值班卡口，非网格人员、车辆不得出入。
