云煤能源(600792.SH)非公开发行股票事项获控股股东昆钢控股批复

智通财经APP讯，云煤能源(600792.SH)公告，公司于近日收到控股股东昆明钢铁控股有限公司(“昆钢控股”)发来的关于本次非公开发行股票事项的相关审核批准决议，昆钢控股对公司本次非公开发行股票事项作出批复如下：同意公司非公开发行股票，发行股票数量不超过发行前公司总股本的30%，即股票数量不超过2.97亿股(含)，并以中国证券监督管理委员会关于本次发行的核准文件为准。
