万科企业(02202.HK)：一季度净利14.3亿元 同比增长10.6%

格隆汇4月28日丨万科企业(02202.HK)发布2022年第一季度报告，报告期内，集团实现营业收入人民币626.7亿元，同比增长0.6%；实现归属于上市公司股东的净利润人民币14.3亿元，同比增长10.6%。其中，房地产开发业务结算面积为374.7万平方米，同比持平，贡献营业收入人民币493.4亿元，同比下降6.9%。

第一季度集团开发业务的税前毛利率为21.8%，扣除税金及附加后的毛利率为17.1%；集团整体的税前毛利率为18.9%，税后毛利率为15.0%。集团保持健康的财务、资金状况。截至报告期末，集团净负债率为34.6%；持有货币资金(含已抵押及受限存款)人民币1,417.8亿元，对短期借款和一年内到期有息负债覆盖倍数为2.6倍，较年初提升0.1倍；“三道红线”持续保持绿档，国际信用评级稳定。
