首都金融控股(08239.HK)授出不超150万元贷款

格隆汇4月28日丨首都金融控股(08239.HK)宣布，于2022年4月28日，公司间接附属公司北京小额贷款(作为贷款人)与借款人A订立循环贷款协议。根据循环贷款协议，贷款人同意向借款人A授出金额最多为人民币150万元的贷款，为期12个月。

于该交易前12个月期间，集团已事先根据先前贷款向借款人B(借款人A之配偶)授出金额为人民币160万元的贷款，贷款总额于公布日期仍未偿还。
