江苏徐州：鼓励金融机构下调房贷首付比例 拍地保证金降至50%

格隆汇5月4日丨徐州市住建局、市资规局、人民银行徐州市中心支行等相关部门近日召开房地产行业复工复产及纾困解难工作会。会议指出，该市将引导金融机构加大个人住房按揭贷款投放，下调住房贷款利率，积极开展“公积金+商业银行”组合贷款业务，有效降低个人住房消费负担。未来，徐州市将根据市场变化精准投放住宅用地，对去化周期较长的区域控制供地规模；挂牌出让地块竞买保证金按土地挂牌起始价由原来的100%调整为50%缴纳，剩余出让金在办理建设工程规划许可证前缴清，最长不超过6个月。
