凤祥股份(09977.HK)：控股股东附属公司重整事项不影响公司正常运作

格隆汇5月5日丨凤祥股份(09977.HK)公布，公司获悉，控股股东新凤祥控股附属公司"祥光铜业"的一名债权人已于2022年5月5日向中国山东省聊城市中级人民法院提出司法重整申请。

凤祥股份董事会认为上述事件目前不会影响公司的正常运作。公司将继续密切监察上述事件的发展，并于适当时候做出进一步公告。
