因城施策 多地出台举措完善房地产政策

格隆汇5月6日丨据了解，最近徐州、赣州、中山、梅州、无锡、连云港、上饶等地相继根据当地实际出发，进一步完善房地产政策，包括公积金、首付比例、购房补贴、供地、商品房预售资金监管等多个方面。日前，徐州市住房和城乡建设局、徐州市自然资源和规划局、人民银行徐州市中心支行等相关部门召开房地产行业复工复产及纾困解难工作会。会上，相关部门负责人表示，将从科学实施土地供应、加大信贷融资支持、优化市场营商环境、支持合理住房需求、调整公积金使用等方面调整相关政策。
