传马斯克收购推特(TWTR.US)面临FTC反垄断审查
智通财经APP获悉，据知情人士透露，美国联邦贸易委员会(FTC)正在审查特斯拉(TSLA.US)CEO埃隆•马斯克以440亿美元收购推特(TWTR.US)的交易。
知情人士称，FTC将在6月份决定是否对这笔交易进行深入的反垄断调查。根据美国并购法，马斯克必须将交易告知FTC和司法部，并等待至少30天才能完成交易，以便让监管部门对潜在的反垄断问题进行调查。
反垄断专家表示，FTC不太可能找到任何证据，证明马斯克收购Twitter违反了反垄断法。
反垄断倡导组织开放市场研究所(Open Markets Institute)近日发布新闻稿，呼吁美国联邦通信委员会(FCC)、联邦贸易委员会和司法部阻止埃隆马斯克收购推特的交易，他们称，这笔交易构成了“对美国民主和言论自由的直接威胁”。FCC专员Brendan Carr此前对此回应称，美国联邦通信委员会无权阻止马斯克收购推特。
