格隆汇5月6日丨双环传动涨6.34%，报20.81元，总市值162亿元。双环传动昨日公告，公司拟向激励对象授予的股票期权数量总计为800.00万份，约占本激励计划草案公告时公司股本总额77,769.16万股的1.03%；本激励计划首次授予的股票期权的行权价格为16.83元/份； 拟首次授予的激励对象总人数为407人，包括公司公告本激励计划时在公司任职的董事、高级管理人员、中层管理人员、业务骨干以及优秀员工等。
