年内IPO被否和主动撤单达77家

格隆汇5月10日丨据证券日报，今年以来，截至5月9日，年内新增上市公司122家，同比下降28.24%，合计募集资金2643.599亿元，同比增长118.29%。 与此同时，年内IPO上会被否和主动撤单分别有13家和64家，合计77家。根据证监会网站和沪深交易所数据梳理，截至5月9日，今年以来，核准制下，42家企业上会（不含取消审核），35家通过，6家未通过，1家暂缓表决，过会率达83.33%；注册制下，135家企业上会，124家通过，7家未通过，4家暂缓表决，过会率91.85%。综合来看，年内13家企业IPO申请被否。
